Mom's Gloves Steps 1-3
1 - Cast on 64 and join in circle, knitting 2x2 rib for the cuff
2 - Knit in 2x2 rib for 3 inches.
3 - Set-up row: Knit 32, place marker, make 1, place marker, knit to end of row
